Current Scope

The service is currently an early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist requests an invitation to the future closed MVP; it does not create an account, grant access, or establish any service-level commitment. The hosted harness service itself will launch under the terms shared with your invite.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or submit automated or fraudulent waitlist signups.

Future Service Terms

When the closed MVP opens, use of the product will be governed by the terms presented at that time, including plan, credit, and usage rules. These waitlist terms do not guarantee availability, pricing, or a launch date.

Intellectual Property

The site, interface, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of this site.
