HarnessAny respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect during the early-access waitlist, how we use it, and the choices available to you. The hosted agent harness service itself is not open yet; this policy covers the waitlist site at https://harnessany.ai.

When you request early access we collect the email address you submit and the network IP address associated with the request. We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage.

We do not create accounts, we do not process payments, and we do not ask for model API keys on this site.

How We Use Information

We use your email address to send exactly two messages: a confirmation that your request was received, and an invite when the closed MVP has a seat for you. We use IP addresses only to rate-limit submissions and prevent abuse. We do not sell your email address or send marketing email.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure and email delivery providers strictly as needed to operate this site, or with legal authorities when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
